Goods received in good condition cannot be returned or money refunded
Items to be returned within Abuja should be returned to our Gwarinpa store(Suite 3, 10-Q Plaza, 3rd Avenue, Gwarinpa) at the cost of the customer with proof said item was purchased from us and item will be inspected by our sales rep and if confirmed will be exchanged or customer refunded
We labour hard to ensure products are properly packaged but in the case of international shipments spillages, we plead with customers to bear with us as items were properly sealed and inspected at DHL office before sent, such faults are from DHL and the customer can take it up with them
Should a customer experience payment issues on our payment portal e.g been debited and payment not going through,all such issues should be resolved at their individual banks

In a rare case where a customer receives a different item from what was paid for with clear evidence, if within Abuja, an exchange shall be made at the expense of the company, if outside Abuja 30% of the cost of the item shall be refunded to the customer
All items to be returned within Abuja must be done within 3 days from purchase and returned in the same package it was delivered with evidence it was purchased from us
All items to be returned must not have been tampered with in any way, any proof of usage or otherwise of said item will not be refunded or exchanged
For customers in Abuja, all packages received through our dispatch riders must be inspected and confirmed at point of receipt
In a case where a customer is not available to receive items and asks the dispatcher to drop the items somewhere, cases of theft or missing items shall be at the risk of the customer and no refund or exchange shall be made
In a case where a customer was called before the rider leaves our store and refuses to take calls or pick up when the rider gets to their address, the rider will leave and the customer will pay for another delivery
Customers outside Abuja shall be responsible for picking up their items from Gig logistics office in their individual states except when doorstep delivery is done

For international customers in rare cases of missing items with DHL at the point of delivery, the customer should take it up with DHL and get a refund from them
